The Cambodian Community of Lowell dedicated a monument on September 24th, 2017 to the City of Lowell at City Hall. Left is Vanna Howard, who was one of the community leaders that orchestrated the monument dedication. The ACCL also purchased a brick as part of our contribution to the monument site.
