Tenesha Scarlett visited the ACCL yesterday. She hopes to help educate the community on finances. See her bio below:
I am a Lowell native. Born at Lowell General Hospital, and oldest of 5 children. Moved to New Hampshire where I continued junior high and high school. After graduating from high school, I attended and graduated from the University of Massachusetts with a Bachelor’s in Sociology. After college I moved to Florida for a change of pace. Had several amazing opportunities while there. Moved back to Lowell upon learning about my grandmother being ill, to assist with taking care of her, however she ended up passing from her illness. I am the mother of two amazing boys, 7 and 3 years old, who are my pride and joy. They are the reason I wake up every morning and do what I do. It is my desire to give them tools they need to live their best life and lead by example.
Currently I am a licensed agent with New York Life Insurance Company and couldn’t be more proud to be a part of the team. At New York Life my passion is educating the community to better prepare for their futures and leaving a legacy for their families.
